100 subjects with mild to severe facial rhytides were treated at seven centers in the United States. Treatment included single-pass fractional RF (FRF) treatment and dermal handpiece insertions. The results were improvement in wrinkles (Fitzpatrick Wrinkle Scale) and satisfaction from an overwhelming majority of patients.

A small group of men and women with telangiectasia on the nose were treated with long-pulsed ND:YAG 1064 and surface air cooling. An evaluation by an independent dermatologist revealed a reduction in visible vessels for all subjects and other overall improvements.

All of the 44 patients treated with one fractional RF treatment saw improvement in wrinkles on the lower part of the face. Those treated also saw improved elasticity, according to a blind assessment by three physicians.
