Featuring advanced 595 nm and 1064 nm pulsed-dye lasers (PDL)
The Vbeam Prima system is the latest innovation in pulsed-dye lasers (PDL) used by healthcare providers around the world to treat a variety of indications for both face and body, including benign vascular, pigmented, and certain non-pigmented lesions, with high patient tolerability and a low incidence of side effects.1-12
The Vbeam Prima system is designed to treat rosacea, port wine stains, facial and leg telangiectasia, hemangiomas, angiomas and spider angiomas, deep blue veins and venous lakes, benign pigmented lesions, wrinkles, inflammatory acne vulgaris, scars and benign cutaneous lesions.1,2,3
Our proprietary 595 nm wavelength deeply penetrates the skin to reach targeted blood vessels.5 Its energy is absorbed by oxyhemoglobin to coagulate and clear vessels with more tolerability and fewer instances of melanin absorption.17
Treat deep blue veins, venous lakes, and wrinkles12
The Vbeam Prima system features a large 15 mm max treatment spot size and delivers 12 J of energy in the 595 nm wavelength. That adds up to fast, efficient treatments.
The Vbeam Prima device is patient-and treatment-ready for the entire day, reducing downtime between patients, with no need to recalibrate when changing spot sizes or fluences.
The system’s dye life meter provides real-time data, helping users avoid unexpected treatment interruptions due to dye loss.
The Vbeam Prima device’s versatile zoom handpiece lets users adjust the spot size in increments as small as 0.5 mm.
Intuitive, easy-to-use software provides quick access to saved, favorite treatment settings.
Accurate remote service diagnostics for faster equipment servicing.

Eight female Duroc pigs received 4 standardized, 1 in. x 1 in. third degree burns that were excised and autografted. Wound sites were treated with 3 fractional CO2RE treatments, Vbeam treatments or combined treatments. All treatment modalities resulted in significantly less contraction versus skin graft only controls. Scars treated with the CO2RE system were visually smoother, contained significantly fewer wrinkles and hyperpigmentation was significantly reduced.
