Job Brief
Provide clinical support and product training to both external clients and internal team members to support Japan marketing and business growth plans
General Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support to clients including product training and demonstration
- Provide clinical support to team members
- Provide regular nurse and patient training on our client’s products
- Responsible for new product launch projects and training for sales force
- Require to meet with medical and nursing professions and organize exhibitions, seminars or relevant events and functions
- Ensuring that all trained customers are comfortable and confident in their ability to safely and effectively perform treatments on their patients
- Communicate with respective supervisor any issues that may need addressing and offer potential solutions to these issues.
- Responsible for clinical training reporting
- Provide clinical feedback and experience with regional team
