Job Brief
Responsible for processing sales/service orders from customer/distributors purchase orders submitted via phone, fax, email, ensure product delivery in accordance with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities, and invoice the customer properly
- Processes sales and service orders in SFDC and Oracle software from customer;
- Assist in warehouse operations and database management;
- Perform inventory related task including stock transaction in Oracle, inventory transaction control, quarterly stock take;
- Invoices customers based upon product list prices and customer pricing from service generated quote;
- Assist in logistic and admin paperwork;
- Other duties may be required as assigned
