Job Brief

Responsible for processing sales/service orders from customer/distributors purchase orders submitted via phone, fax, email, ensure product delivery in accordance with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities, and invoice the customer properly

  • Processes sales and service orders in SFDC and Oracle software from customer;
  • Assist in warehouse operations and database management;
  • Perform inventory related task including stock transaction in Oracle, inventory transaction control, quarterly stock take;
  • Invoices customers based upon product list prices and customer pricing from service generated quote;
  • Assist in logistic and admin paperwork;
  • Other duties may be required as assigned
