General Responsibilities:
- Oversee CIE Clinic operations in conjunction with nurse managers to ensure flow, patient care and safety, privacy and comfort and optimize utilization of the CIE clinic.
- Perform patient treatments for research studies and commercial demos and trainings at the CIE clinic
- Serve as a clinical lead to the Global Business Units for key product within the portfolio
- Assist operations of the clinical education team with support from clinical director.
- Assist in designing and implementing clinical education materials that align with medical, legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Incorporate clinical data into materials and educate clinical team members regarding new clinical findings.
- Provide onsite training and support to Candela Corporation customers and assist with sales demos in the field
- Assist in training of key members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Develop and administer training programs and ultimately demonstrate and participate in practical procedures as required.
- Support the medical and aesthetic industry through best practice techniques and functionalities of all Candela devices.
- Manage personal and team expenses in Concur and monitor per annual budget
- Perform necessary Salesforce documentation including training attendee details.
- Issue training certificates to attendees accordingly.
- Keep up to date with the clinical studies, white papers and clinical bulletins and educate clients based upon data.
- Advise clients and internal staff on products / treatment parameters.
- Represent Candela at conferences, trade shows, seminars and workshops in North America.
The following skills are preferred for a successful application:
- BS / BA / RN or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ yeas utilizing laser/light devices.
- 5+ years clinical training experience.
- Driven to manage and mentor clinical trainers.
- Excellent computer skills and program management tools required.
- Strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organization and time management skills.
- Must have excellent proficiency in writing and delivering education / training programs.
- Commitment to professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Desire to learn and be an integral team member.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must hold a current unrestricted driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
