Job Brief

Key Account Specialist (KAS) is responsible for post-sales support and overall growth of consumable revenue in top tiered accounts.

General Responsibilities:

  • Works with Key Account Manager to achieve consumable sales quota within a defined geography. 
  • Execute a solution-based, proactive, and comprehensive territory business plan in their assigned territory, including quarterly, monthly, weekly planning and daily call plans.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies, internal office branding, and external marketing strategies as needed and/or requested.
  • Assist in the implementation of new staff/provider trainings.
  • Assist Territory Mangers with customer demonstrations of devices.
  • Host, attend, and/or support patient educational seminars and events with accounts to help drive patient demand and core technology utilization.
  • Educate the customer regarding the indications, contra-indications, and overall safety of consumable related devices.
  • Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure optimal territory coverage and maximum customer contact.
  • Successfully collaborate with Territory Managers, Account Managers, Field Service Engineers, Fields Sales Associates and Marketing personnel.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education:  BA/BS degree of higher preferred.
  • Experience:  2-3 years in a medical aesthetic practice with a customer facing role (will consider marketing manager)
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and strong presentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel 25 to 50% of the time, and ability to work weekends and/or evenings.
