Candela seeks a Distribution Requirements Planner (DRP) who will be responsible for Inventory Planning and Movement: Moving inventory as required between Candela warehouses. Perform inventory analysis and triage shortages.
- Review planned orders for the 3PL warehouses and regional warehouses
- Execute IR’s from workbench as indicated by planned orders
- Create IR’s for no forecasted items as necessary. Review and approve international inventory transfers as guided by predetermined inventory targets
- Track deliveries to destination Warehouse, solve or communicate discrepancies and update SO dates
- Process RMA IR’s
- Process virtual inventory transactions as required
- Review SS levels at 3PL warehouses, monitor shipments out of 3PL and recommend changes when needed
- Track transit times to ensure lead time is accurate in sourcing rules
- Recommend safety stock or min/max changes
- Initiate and operate tools for inventory control and communication
- Mitigate risk associated with data gaps between Oracle 11I ad Oracle Cloud
- Train inventory associates at regional locations
Background required for this role:
- Oracle Super User
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a global planning organization
- Associates Degree or Equivalent
- Ability to facilitate collaborative exchange with internal and global partners
