Two cases of nevus of ota were presented in this study and the ultra-short picosecond pulse duration handpieces were utilized to achieve beautiful clearance. The authors explain in detail the methodology of using the 730 nm and 785 nm. The second case was treated with 755 nm (competitor device) and 1064 nm with no significant improvement. Three additional treatments with the 785 nm handpiece were performed and a near-completion resolution was observed.
